Its been a makeover off season for Formula 1. Loser Fernando Alonso moved back to Renault to drive along Nelson Piquet Jr. Later on it was Heiki Kovilainen's turn to move to McLaren to race along the star debutant of 2007, Lewis Hamilton. Two not so experienced drivers now drive for McLaren. No Idea how competant they can be, time has to tell.Rubens Barrichello signed to drive for BAR Honda. Now quite a few people are jobless without a racing drive for 2008.

This leaves with a little speculation about the open position in Force India and others.India's coveted Formula One Former driver Narain Karthikeyan's job is at stake, with Nico Hulkernberg being signed on as Test Driver for Williams. Lots of swapping is to take place and few replacements too. The run up to the Next season is getting more exciting as it can get. Stay tuned

A friend of mine reffered me to this wonderful site. The site is named as Bangalore Transport Information System. The site also gives traffic updates and the nearest commuting route and the appropriate fare, so as to avoid being cheated by Richshaw Driving community.

The Link is www.btis.in. Similar site is available for Hyderabad and Chennai as well.

If you go to an unknown or unvisited place like Chennai and prefer to use rickshaw, they suck money out of you. So better get local info and then commute there by saving $$$

Pakistan Thrashed

India thrashed Pakistan by winning the series thats held in India. For the first time in history, there was no fear what so ever on the player's faces. Hence the great result. Hope the momentum remains and the winning streak :)

There is some great news for F1 fans in India. F1 is making way to India, but you got to wait for 2 more years. ie 2010. But thats a great move.

BINGO!!!!! What an Amazing race it was last Sunday.Kimi Did it for himself and for Ferrari. Felippe Massa helped Ferrari to throw away the McLaren by ensuring Alonso stayed off. McLaren walked away with nothing,which was attribute by the spy saga which was unveiled by FIA. Great result, great drivers and great team.2008 is goin to be a challenging year with lots of rule changes. I'll blog a post once I know'em all. Stay Tuned

My Brother reffered me to a site called ZYB, which provides mobile backup. Backing up of mobile data is done through GPRS connection to the Site. Once backed up you can view all your Events and Contacts even without the phone. And Sync Backwards too, ie if an contact is added from Site, it synchronizes with the phone when connected and adds a contact on to the phone Gone are those days with Lost Contact Numbers :) Hopefully the service remains free for life

Thw world is Big Enough. There is enough room for every one. But Not Everyone cane be on top of the Podium. Being on Top of the Podium in an controversial situation is ever more worrying. Its not about Ferrari. Its just about being fair at what you do.

Microsoft is slowly stepping up its databse market share competing against the old biwigs. MS is launching its new version of SQL Server 2008 code named Katmai. Lots of new features. Im exploring them one by one. Im using Report Designer at Home and at workplace. Its pretty cool. No more reporting hassles, no matter where the data comes from. The tool is very intuitive and I hope to use it in my forthcoming engagemnt

I ran out of my space in Gmail. So I've moved to my first id (Hotmail). More over they are offering 5GB where as Gmail is still stagnant around 2800-2900MB.

Its was a disastrous performance again by the Indian Cricket Team in the World Cup'07 at West Indies. They never seemed to be serious and let down a billion people's hope and wishes.

Sitting on Big Advertising Endorsements the Team Players forgot their Basics and thought the WC'07 tour as a vacation.

There is an Old Saying 11members play and 11K Idiots sit and watch. I was one of the fools,who still kept faith in those 11members expecting a miracle to happen.

The 30 sensitive NSE shed 400 odd points for 2 days in row to 3673 and then cooled down a bit to close at 3717 points today.BSE coled just below 13K mark. It was expected as the market was undergoing a bull run there by destabilizing the economy. I see the market stabilize at 3100 points where one can see a support of atleast 50-100 points.

Well what ever happened, happened for good and it comes as a relief for the common man. I hope none of you reading my blog have lost money in the market. If you've lost there is nothing to panic as Feb is the month during which global markets peek out.

I spent most of my time during on saturday listening to it as RadioIndigo.fm was playing crappy music during the day. I tried many stations, but the most satisfying one was Progressive House.

I attended the Chris Capossela Live!! which happened on my birthday on 10th Oktober.

I was accompanied by Prateek Hejmady a juniour of mine.

The event showcased various Features of Office 2007 and Exchange 2007.

Office12 Preview by Pat was good, which was by a Session from Ranjana. Ranjana's Session was pretty ordinary (:.

It was nothing new to me as I have been using Office 12 (Now Ofice 2007) ever since Beta1. I now have Beta2 TR installed on my laptop.

TR is a lot stable than Beta2. Features are reliable. But no one knows how many features provided by them will be used in real Life.UI is reloaded & is very Intuitive.

Exchange 12 Session handled by Ravi Shankar was good when compared to Ranjana's. He demonstrated E12 capabilities and the new enchanced WebAccess and its capabilities.

It was a great show off from Microsoft Team. But the Release will be much more Electrifying than this one as more features will be bundled.

I felt the Office 2000 to Office 2007 would be a worthy one. When Integrated with Groove and SharePoint Portal Server Office it makes more business sense.

One thing which I forgot to mention was the introduction of Excel and Word Web Access which is buildt on top of Office 2007 Server which reduces piracy and eliminates the pain of Installing it on machine's.

I recently happened to visit a site which determines Uplink and Downlink Rates. Its a real time test and is fool proof.

I use a Sify 256kbps(kilobits) Broadband at home,the speed was around the same as expected

I was not aware of the Bandwidth available at Office as its not disclosed. It showed up a staggering 9.8MBps(Bytes).

Hi, This post is for all the music enthusiasts who love to listen Trance/Progressive/Dance Music. I came accross toolbar through a newsletter from DJ River. One might ask what more can you get than a Google Toolbar?? This ones totally different you can listen to Music while Surfing without opening another window/application. Fidelity is superb, also you get a reminder when you recieve a mail on any one of these mail services

Hotmail
Yahoo
Gmail

Moreover Any third party POP Servers can be configured. Once you click on the appropriate Mail thats configured, it takes us the WebMail access which doesnt required you to enter you password again.

Likewise additional stations can be added. It comes with a built in popup blocker and has a placeholder for Weather Updates.

I was really excited when I came accross this one and felt worth sharing this info.It can be applied on both the popular Browsers(IE & Firefox)
